New Aircel Opera hanlder trick

 So just follow below process. MAKE A COFIG FILE WITH FOLLOWING SETTINGS:
 open your mobile network>Access point>Make new APN:

• APN name -AircelNet 
• APN.- aircelwap
• PROXY-80.239.234.210
• PORT-80

 Now save this setting and make default setting now -> 

DOWNLOAD ANY OPERA HANDLER HERE

AND DO THESE FOLLOWING SETTINGS IN THE OPERA: When you install the opera and open the opera then put below setting on it and click ok. SERVER http://en.m.wikipedia.org
Yupp..!!
Now you see your opera is loading and your gprs is now free
