Make Facebook Account with your new 
gmail account, Now Join Facebook 
Groups And Add Friends 



Here Is The Method : 

Login To Your Facebook & Goto 
"Settings & Privacy >>Notification Settings >> 
Now select your groups and make it to get all 
Group Posts Notifications 

Now come to main part--> 
At First Open 
https://mail.google.com/mail/h/0/h/ 

And Click "Settings" 
Now Scroll down and click "Vacation Responder" 

Now switch it and fill your reply & comment 
As your wish 

Now it will start to send auto response 

if anybody post anything In Your fb groups 
Fb will send Notification to your gmail account 

now auto response send auto reply 

It will post auto comments & Auto Messages
