What Is Root ?
Rooting your android gives you power to make your smartphone more smart, as you know whatsapp is one of the best messaging app that have about 900
million users all around the world. But still you needs to break the limits of whatsapp because you can add only 100 members in whatsapp group, so read the guide to increase the limit of adding members in whatsapp group.
How To Add More Than 100 Members :
1) You needs to root your android to add more than
100 members in whatsapp group and open
ES File Explorer
2) You need to enable the "Root Explorer" Option in
it, To enable the root explorer in ES File Explorer,
Just Open it and swipe from left and enable the
Root Explorer by giving access to the superuser.
3) Now click on "Device" as shown on image below.
4) Now find this com.whatsapp_preference.xml file.
For finding this go to folder Directory on device :
data > user > 0 > com.whatsapp > shared_prefs
5) Now when you found com.whatsapp_preference.xml
just open this with Edit Note Editor (given in image below)
6) Now you have to change the value by 100
find this code click on "Pencil Icon" at top right
<int name="Participants_size_limit" value="100">
replace the value by any number you would like to
have in whatsapp group.
For example: Here, i replaced 1000 value because
i want 1000 members in my whatsapp group.
8) After editing go back and save the file as shown
in image below
7) Now go to app manager & click on "Force Stop"
(Given in image below)
Bingo...!!! You have breaked the limit of
adding members in whatsapp group now you can
add as many peoples as you want in whatsapp
group.
